Shell Scholarship

Shell Malaysia Scholarship programme is a community-driven initiative, primarily for deserving Matriculation and STPM students in Malaysia, for Degree courses in Local and Private universities.

This programme is also inviting applications from students pursuing full-time first-degree studies at recognized overseas universities with their Academic Year starting September 2007.

Selection is based on the following criteria:

• Excellent academic achievement with emphasis in English
• Demonstration of leadership skills through active participation in extra-curricular activities. e.g. societies and clubs, sports, etc
• Strong academic record and realistic expectation of a high CGPA or its equivalent

Preferred disciplines for both scholarships include:

1. Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical and Mechanical)
2. Sciences (Geosciences, Chemistry and Physics)
3. Business Administration / Economics
4. Finance & Accounting
5. IT (includes Business/ Management IT)
