YTN IPTA Scholarships (September 2013) Intake

Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN) invites qualified Malaysians to apply for scholarships to pursue study programmes at Local Public Institutions of Higher Learning for the September 2013 intake.

1) FIELDS OF STUDY

Bachelor Degree	• Electrical Power Engineering
	• Mechanical Engineering
	• Civil Engineering
	• Accountancy

2) ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Pass STPM 2012 with at least CGPA 3.50 or
- Pass Diploma / Matriculation / Foundation with at least CGPA 3.50
- Must not be more than 23 years of age in year 2013
- Active in co-curricular activities
- Possess strong personality and leadership qualities
- No other sibling currently receiving scholarship from YTN
- Specifically for new student who had obtained admission into a local  public institution of higher learning 

3) HOW TO APPLY

Applications should be made on-line beginning on 26 July 2013 at the website address :- http://yayasan.tnb.com.my/sam

4) CLOSING DATE

- Closing date for applications is 5 September 2013 (Incomplete or late applications will not be considered).
- Please check YTN website address for interview notification on 10 September 2013.
- If you do not hear from us within three (3) months of the closing date, please consider your application as being unsuccessful.
